"I've been going to Visions Plus for a few years. I have my annual eye exam there and have received two sets of lenses through them. The service is always good. However, I recently had a new set of lenses put into a three-year-old frame that I had bought through them. A month after getting the new lenses, the frame snapped due to metal fatigue and couldn't be fixed. I brought the problem to Vision Plus, and they worked it. When the frames couldn't be replaced because they had been discontinued, they contacted the rep for Michael Ryen Frames, and together, we picked out a new pair. They took care of the entire issue, and I have a new set of glasses without having to pre-maturely purchases a new pair. Great job!"
